"We had very professional young man install our heat pump. He worked very efficiently concerning his work but also took time to answer questions we had explaining why and what he was doing. Not only was he polite and quick at his job he was dressed appropriately.
At the end of his job he went around cleaning and picking up all garbage and then asked politely for a broom and dustpan so he could sweep up the shavings that he made while drilling. Before leaving he clearly and patiently explained again how the unit worked.
